Origin Media, Inc. (OMI), founded in 1996, is the parent company for two closely related divisions: book publishing (Origin Press and its imprint Celestia) and author services (including author-subsidized publishing, consulting, and literary agenting). OMI is operated as a 501(c)3 educational nonprofit organization.

OUR MISSION AND VISION:
“Radical Wisdom for the Integral Age”

Our mission is to build a diversified content management business especially around the themes of deep spirituality, cultural creativity, and global sustainability—through the vehicle of what we call radical wisdom. (See the publisher’s blog for more about this coined term .) The philosophic source of the concept of radical wisdom is integral theory and practice.
